Characteristics

Vigna radiata, popularly called mung bean or green soybean, is a species of the Fabaceae family. It is widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, in Bangladesh, China, India and Sri Lanka; as well as in several African countries; as well as in regions with tropical and subtropical climates.
